Dear Brickell Heights Residents and Commercial Partners,

This is a brief description of Brickell Heights’ requirements for reserving the service elevator for moving ins/outs, deliveries and/or for any contractor/vendor/worker who needs to access the Brickell Heights complex to perform any type of work in the building . Before a reservation can be made, Management must be provided with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) (sample attached) from the moving/delivery/contractor/vendor company that meets our requirements.

We kindly request that all residents and/or commercial partners wishing to make a reservation or work in the complex provide management with a valid COI at least 48 hours in advance. Please be advised that if a moving or delivery company arrives and a valid COI has not been provided, the truck will be turned away. As a reminder, our hours of operation are from 9am to 4pm – Monday through Friday , precisely. For your convenience, a sample COI is attached for you to distribute to your moving, delivery companies and contractors/vendors.

Please ensure that your moving or delivery company reviews the highlighted portions and notes carefully to avoid multiple requests.
