It is the responsibility of the unit owner to obtain any and all permits necessary to comply with all City of Miami regulations and ordinances concerning the proposed modifications. Nothing herein contained nor in subsequent Brickell Heights' approval shall construe that the modification in accordance with these plans is allowed to violate any of the provisions or building or zoning codes of the City of Miami or the State of Florida, to which the unit is or may be subject. Further, nothing herein contained nor in subsequent Brickell Heights’ approvals shall be construed as a waiver or modification of any said restriction. Each individual modification and or each instance of the same modification must be individually approved in writing prior to the start of construction.
